  • Account & Login Data: Credentials and usage activity for your Inreach Tax ProSuite software account and office location login.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookies/session data collected automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, configure, and maintain your tax software, demo access, and office location login.
  • Assist you with PTIN and EFIN registration, bank product enrollment, and onboarding.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Trusted third parties that help us operate, such as hosting, payment processing, bank product partners, and customer support tools — bound by confidentiality obligations.

These include encrypted transmissions, access controls, and secure session management for your software login. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Privacy Rights (U.S.)

Depending on your state of residence — including under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and comparable state privacy laws — you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
  • Request access to or a copy of your personal information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising (we do not sell your data).
